Hope for Haiti, Inc. is now building permanent homes utilizing Haitian labor. These homes are structurally engineered to withstand seismic and wind events.
This project will not only provide homes, but jobs, self-sustaining gardens, continuing education and quality of life.
100% of all donations are designated to the support of our program. No administrative charges or fees are deducted for the support of this ministry.
Housing Details
We are finalizing negotiations for 200 acres near Cabaret where we will build a Residential Community. Typically, there are 10 lots (90’x42’) per acre. This community will be built in partnership with Mission of Hope – Haiti.
Each family will receive a plot of land with a house, garden and fruit trees. Horticultural and sanitation training will be provided.
The Cost of a Home
Total value of each home is approximately $10,000. All of this will be possible with your donation of $5,000 per home. Hope for Haiti, Inc. will provide any additional funds.
With each $5,000 donation you will receive the address and photo of the house, a plaque will be placed above the door with donor information and you will receive a biography of the recipient family.
