Bill Neusch, President - Bill has been in the fence business since 1984. Currently he runs a group of businesses known as Gibraltar Family of Companies. In August of 2008, Bill felt God calling him to work with Herman and the Garden Projects in Haiti. Within days, Bill was asked to step into the position of President of Hope for Haiti, Inc. Recognizing God’s purpose and timing, he accepted this position and has served Hope for Haiti since that time. His heart for missions, leadership ability and business experience has been a tremendous asset to our organization. |

William (Bill) F. Ecton, Director - Bill has been married for 42 years and has two (2) grown children. He graduated from Oklahoma State University in 1971 with a BS Electrical Engineering degree. He spent 10 years with Brown & Root Engineering and Construction, then 20 years as an owner of a professional sales company. He is a Registered Professional Engineer (life member). He is also a life member of the International Electrical Electronics Engineering (IEEE) Society. |

John Williams, Vice President - John and his wife, Donna, own a resort on Lake Buchanan and are constantly serving others. They have been to Haiti several times and their desire is to help the Haitian people any way they can. John was lead our team into Haiti three days after the earthquake hit. |

Herman and Janet Neusch - Herman and Janet live in Burnet, Tx, and have been married nine years. They both lost their spouses due to automobile accidents. The Lord brought them together in 2001 after Herman felt the call to Haiti. In 2005, they organized the non-profit ministry, Hope for Haiti, Inc. and have been working there since then. Herman has just released a book, Destined for a Mission, which talks about his journey with God and how Hope for Haiti was started. |

Don Barlow, Vice-President - Don has served on our board since the beginning of our ministry. Don and his wife Julie have both been trained to repair water wells in Haiti and have been there several times. Don and Julie are dedicated volunteers for the American Red Cross and go at a moment’s notice whenever they are called upon. |

Dick Rudman - Dick has served on our Board of Directors since the beginning. He is a retired Southwest Airlines pilot with a background in farming and a degree in agriculture. He says, “I was greatly inspired by Herman’s vision to help the people of Haiti.” Dick’s educational background is a wonderful help to us in our Garden Projects. |

Joe Schultz - Joe has owned his own construction business for twenty-two years. He is a gifted builder and has been to Haiti several times, using his experience to help the Haitians build a medical clinic and a school. Joe’s heart is for missions, specifically Haiti. |

Bill Houk -Bill is from Missouri and serves on the Board of Directors for Hope for Haiti and for Living Water Midwest. In 2005, Bill had been working on water wells in Central America when he had an opportunity to repair wells in Haiti. Herman invited him to attend a board meeting and he saw the importance of water for our Garden Projects. Bill has been instrumental in getting his church in Clinton, Missouri, involved with our projects. Bill and Robert St. George have worked together in coordinating teams to drill numerous water wells in Haiti. In addition, Bill and Robert conduct training camps on drilling water wells, thereby equipping laymen to go and serve in this vital ministry. Bill was a key player in getting the new tractor and drilling rig shipped to Haiti in 2009. |

Dan Kirkley -Dan serves as the treasurer of Hope for Haiti and is founder of Hope for the Hungry in Belton, Texas. Dan’s service on our Board of Directors has been marked by his devotion to Jesus Christ and his dedicated service to the poor. We are honored to have him serve with us. |

Robert St. George -Robert is from Missouri and currently serves on the Board of Directors for Hope for Haiti and for Living Water Midwest. Beginning in 1973, he served eight years in the U.S. Marine Corps as an air traffic controller. From 1982- 2005 he worked in the Kansas City Center as an enroute air traffic controller. He is currently employed by the Mitre Corporation, a federally funded research and development corporation. He is a contract engineer whose expertise is to redesign and evaluate air space. He adds insight and wisdom to our board. |

Anne Holland - Anne lives in Fort Worth, Texas, where she is President and CEO of Mayco Oil. She is a woman of great influence with a unique and amazing story. Anne grew up in a poor Ukrainian family in rural Canada. When she came to the United States, she worked her way up through a corporate travel business where she made contacts in the crude oil marketing industry. Anne changed businesses, and, although she enjoyed great success, she found her spiritual life lacking. After a serious search, Anne came to Christ, and now she is committed to serving others through several Christian organizations. She has great passion for the poor and is an asset to our board. |
